I think I could Create a story for you. It will be a comedic action cartoon with unrelatable stupid characters that sit around and get stoned. There needs to be at least 1 smart character that nobody listens to and that always gets picked on. You need background characters that the audience grow to love (like in My own, Average soldiers there is a janitor that scrubs shit off the walls and a drunk guy who's always sleeping. copywrightSt3akproductions2007)
It should be getting the attention of action and comedy fans.
If you chose to forward this idea I would wish you include my name Breifly in the credits (for my own accord and because there isnt much to put in credits anyway)
