Birth rates have decreased in the US and Europe due to education and economic growth combined. Women in the third world often have access to contraceptives and birth control pills while they are being denied clean water and antibiotics.

i think definietly sometimes the gonverment has made a conspiracy. mabe septembet 11 was a conpsiracy made by the government. imagine if ptresident bush went to jail for makinf a governemt conspiracy about seotember 11!!!!
