 Me Wrestling
I dont know if this should go in food, but im just thinking about how much i can't eat.
Ill be strating my senior wrestling season this year. I almost made it to state my sophomore year, a couple matches away. then my junior campain was cut short with a leg injury. But this is hopefully the year.
Backround-
Current weight- 142.5
Desired weight- 124.9
Height- 5'9"
Todays date- 10-5-06
Date of first weigh-in- 11-18-06
That equals exactly .4 pounds a day of loss which is about 3 pounds a week. With the new weight rules, you have to have a 7% body fat and be hydrated so you have to lose mass and not water.

Oh God I am so free from all that and it feels so good.
But at the same time I miss it so much.
Last week I went to watch my friend in a free style tournament. When they called my old weight over the loudspeaker to report I got up and almost started heading down the bleachers before I realzied that my competition wrestling days are over.
My advice to you: ENJOY THIS. It sucks, not eating. But god help me when you stop doing it it will haunt you for hte longest time. What if I did this, what If I did that. What if I beat this guy or what If I had lost that match. I LOST SO MUCH SLEEP.
Eating is cool though. Not eating sucked

I have an open tourney october 15th. i am missing homecoming for this but i think it will make me better. Ill probably wrestling 140 for this, 135 if i can get there.

Are you kidding me? That kind of weight for 5'9" is ridiculously unhealthy. You should be trying to gain weight, not lose it. Wrestling be damned! Eat donuts!

I got third this weekend. I got thrown around a bit but no one even touched my legs. So hoepfully i can get a little better before the season starts.
Current weight 134.5
