i need help
i've got some kool pics that i want as an avatar but it won't go lower
then around 53kb even when i change the damn thing to a gif file.

i'm so cold

Try resizing them. Make them heaps small...like...a baby octopus.

i couldnt get anything to fit the maximum size either, but im not good with computers so i gave up quickly and just stuck with the pirate thing.

I recommend hosting the image somewhere else, that way it can be as big as you want.
