 "College University" movie
I read your interview at http://www.medaverse.com/ and you mentioned that there will be a live-action CU movie.
How's that coming out? What's the status?

yeah to retread all that CU live action stuff. It was in the works and something did get filmed- but it was the worst piece of shit we've ever seen.
A film student approached us and asked us to write a 10 minute live action "movie" for his senior project at AFI in Los Angeles. It had a real budget, we were going to fly out there and supervise, etc.
Well we finished a script about saving KFK's from being torn down (We will use that in a future episode somewhere) - but the kid wanted to make it like a cheesy American Pie teen sex romp. Every suggestion was lamer than the first, until we said that it wasn't worth it, so we dropped out of it, told him to take our names off the project and change all the character names, etc.
A while later he sends me a video of it. Words cannot describe the horror. He asked my opinion and I had to tell him flat out that it was terrible and he made a big mistake by trying to change what we were doing.
Unfortunately for legal reasons I can't show it to anybody because it's property of something or other, but who knows, maybe it'll show up somewhere down the line.

Yeah I think at the time the guy said they were 'going in a different direction', he never mentioned how shit he was. Not once.

Too bad you guys don't make a full length real movie.
It would totally rock, but you guys would probably kill yourselves cuz it would take forever.
