Let the record show I hate tetris in all its forms. I'm not good at it and it's boring and I hate it.

where's the SNES love? I'll be back with a list, although I'm sure most of it will be SNES titles.

In retrospect, I love SNES. But growing up I was a Genesis guy.
I can't deny the Super Mario World games, though.

And it's by law that you can't hate Tetris. Seriously.

Okey dokey....

1. Final Fantasy VII (PSX) - My first rpg and Final Fantasy ever, incredible story, awesome characters. No other game as impacted on me as much as this.

2. Final Fantasy Tactics (PSX) - Such a believable world with a gripping storyline. Outstanding battle system, and very challening, plus Cloud is in it.

3. The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time (N64) - Everyone knows why.

4. The other FF's (NES, SNES, PSX, PS2) - I just love these games, it always feel like more than just plaing a game.

5. Chrono Trigger (SNES) - Definately one of the best rpgs ever made. Multiple endings make any game great, and leaving so much up the player is just awesome.

6. Samurai Warriors (PS2) - I am a huge fan of mindless hack and slash games. This installment went for more quality and individual characters over quantity of characters, which I thought really improved the series,

7. Dynasty Warriors 4 (PS2) - playing as an ancient chinese warrior ploughing through endless hordes of enemies should be a prerequisite for every game.

8. Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic (PC) - You can make your own lightsabre, nuff said.

9. Breath of Fire III (PSX) - Awesome rpg, great characters, although the main character suffers from the old 'silent rpg hero' syndrome. This thing had one of the things that makes games great, it was really long.

10. Kingdom Hearts - I found this to be a thoroughly enjoyable game. And any game with Jack Skellington in it is ok in my books. Looking forward to the sequel.

1. Half Life 2. The highest quality I have even seen in a game, ever. you feel like you're really there, not a thing about the game feels fake. this revolutionized the gaming industry forever.

2. Super Mario Games. I figure i'll include the 1st one, 3rd one, and Super Mario World for NES all in this entry. this is the deffinition of a classic game.

3. KOTOR. this is probably my favorite RPG. the story was amazing and the gameplay was more fun than i had ever had in a star wars game.

4. Goldeneye 007. this prettymuch created the multiplayer aspect of FPS games, it was just so damn awesome.

5. Legend of Zelda: Ocarana of Time. A masterpiece in action, puzzles, story, and FISHING.

6. Dynasty Warriors Games. same reason as nish, and they come out with a new one every year as if slaughtering thousands is a professional sport.

7. Diablo 2. even while i played todays games with the great graphics and the interactive storylines, I still yearn for a good old fashion badass RPG, and the only place to go for that is Diablo 2.

8. The Sims games. everbody has some form of the the sims. don't be actin like you don't. it's hopelessly addicting and tons of fun to watch your sim play the sims on his computer.

9. Tetris. it'sprobably the best puzzle game ever made and you can put it on pretty much any device, including calculators.

10. Soul Caliber 2. The best fighter ever. period.

Final Fantasy 7: This game set the standard for what an RPG should be. I remember playing it for an entire month without showering. My friends referred to my musk as the "Shabaz funk".

World of Warcraft: Fun, and I get to show off e-lewtz.

Everquest: Now this was the game that introduced me to MMORPG's. I think we've all heard of my everquest tales.

Team Fortress Classic: Probably the funnest game ever.

Super Smash Brothers Melee: The best fighting game ever made. Anyone who disagrees plays soul calibur 2 because they like pressing the A button a lot and winning.

Super Mario RPG: Introduced me to RPGs. I could play this game 800 times and not get bored.

Dynasty Warriors: I like killing asians.

Fallout 2: I also like post-apocalyptic RPGs.

Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's island: Awesome.

Pok?mon: I still have a pikachu plush doll.

I'm finally playing this for the first time. I was a big Nintendo guy so I never had a PS1, but now that I got a PS2, I'm getting back into Final Fantasy. Just made it to disc 2, and this game rocks. It still holds up well, considering it was made in 97.

My list

1. Final Fantasy III (SNES) - I've never been so involved in a game like this one. I played this for two weeks straight everyday after school until bedtime just to beat it.

2. Legend of Zelda: Link to the Past (SNES) - The game that really got me into SNES. I loved it every step of the way. Very long game...especially when you think you've finally got to the end about 3 times only to find out there's more.

3. Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time (N64) - First time I put this game in, I played for nearly 10 hours straight. Just awesome.

4. Starcraft (PC) - I'd quit and tell myself I'd never play again. Then a month later, I'm spending more time on battle.net than ever.

5. Super Mario World (SNES) - The graphics at the time blew my mind away. Gameplay rocked.

6. Socom II (PS2) - It's all pretty much all I play right now. Single player blows, but online is wicked.

7. Goldeneye (N64) - All the rage in junior high. Spent many nights with friends playing this game all night. I can't remember why it was so good...probably level design and one of the first four-player games.

8. Super Smash Bros. Melee (GC) - The N64 version with even more smashing madness. Competition levels between friends got fierce. I loved it.

9. Secret of Mana (SNES) - A lot of fun with wicked spells, awesome story, realtime action and suprisingly for an RPG, had multiplayer. This game was tough, in fact, I couldn't beat it on my own, I needed multiplayer help.

10. Chrono Trigger (SNES) - Purely amazing. Very intuitive with a great story and characters. I'm afrad to play it again for the fear of not putting it down.

1. Both Half-Life 1, then Half-Life 2 in a tie (HL2 is second only because it dropped me in a lake at the beginning of the game with a fish monster and had me peeing my pants whenever water was around I was excpeting a return of the fish monster but there never was one Embarassed )

2. Super Mario RPG (great game + cool timing system = Mario jumping on a badguys head 100 times)

3. Chrono Trigger (Robo's dance)

4. Super Metroid (too damn cool)

5. Battlefield 1942 (great game where crashing your plane into a tank became a viable tactic)

6. Sam and Max Hit the Road (Cartoon world where your pyscho bunny friend is used to do anything from shaving a dead wooly mammoth to short circuting a fuse box)

7. World Of Warcraft (nothing more fun than killing someone with 1 shot)

8. Super Smash Brothers Melee (GC version has cooler levels)

9. Soul Calibur (Dreamcast version because...because)

10. Battlefield 2 (im hoping its gonna be great)...
