how do i sync my chosen music with my flash animation? all answers will be much appreciated, thanks

You import your song into the library, drag it onto its own layer. Than click on a frame it's in, go to you properties panel and change "sync" from event to stream.

You always want to make sure its on stream. With event once the first frame plays the whole song will continue to play no matter what. With stream the song with stop playing at the next key frame. Its also a lot easier to sync to an animation.
